Introducing text messaging
The Worker Screening Unit will be introducing another way to communicate with applicants and clearance holders. From 3 July 2023, the Worker Screening Unit will be using text messaging to make contact with Disability Worker Screening applicants and clearance holders. If you receive a text message from QLD_WS_Unit please read the text carefully for instructions on how to respond. The Worker Screening Unit will only send you a text message in relation to an existing application or your current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
To enable us to reach you, please ensure the phone number listed on your Worker Screening Portal is current.
